About Vocal Split

Create vocal & backing stems from any song using Vocal Split's built in AI processor, entirely on your phone. Import songs files from the Files app or from your iTunes library (non-DRM tracks only). Play and mix stems and adjust their tempo and pitch in realtime. Stems are always accessible from the Files app for easy import into other audio apps.

How to Vocal Split works

1. Tap the 'plus' icon to choose a song from the Files app, or your library.
2. Vocal Split will separate vocals and backing on import.
3. Audition, mix stem volumes, and change pitch and tempo of the song as you please.
4. Access the vocal and accompaniment stems .wav files, in the Files app, for import into other apps.

File formats

Vocal Split can import a wide arrange of audio file formats including: aiff, wav and mp3. Stems are saved in uncompressed wav format for the highest quality.
